It has been a long while since I posted anything, not that anyone reads this blog anyway…
Today is the last day of the first month of 2013…the year my oldest son graduates high school…so many bittersweet memories are being made this year….
Trying to get him to get his college stuff and senior stuff done is like pulling teeth!!! I have threatened cattle prods, dog shock collars, etc…nothing seems to work!! My co-worker, Carla, is having the same problem with her son who is a senior…I have come to the conclusion that it is a MALE thing!!! UGH!!!!!
I titled this a new year/new era because now I have an adult son (Rob turned 18 on Jan 4th)…and he is going to be heading to college this fall…we have lots of lasts and firsts for him and us this year.
I love my new job in the Neurology Clinic which I started March 26, 2012! Still learning lots, but still enjoying it…and I got an excellent review with my supervisor!! Haven’t had one of those for the last several years while working in the OR….that supervisor never gave anyone excellent reviews for their yearly review…just her pets ( she did not have very many of them!). She is a person who is not happy with her life and tends to take it out on everyone else…a major Negative Nancy. Very sad! My new supervisor is a Christian and truly acts it every day! It is wonderful having a supervisor who is a saved believer like me!!!
My boys are all growing up….they are all involved in Choir (course that means I am too!)…I have always loved to sing, but went for Band since I knew I couldn’t sing that well….glad my boys all inherited their voices from Tim’s dad’s family and my mom’s family!!!! Need to post some video of them singing…wait I know…I posted the boys you tube channel on here….Indiana Keesling Boys. The videos are on there!
Well getting late, gotta get Jon and Dan on their homework and Rob on his audition request for U Indy!!! Must go!
